Example of data format exported from Perkin Elmer Columbus as single or multi plane Tif
Description
Images were aquired on an Perkin Elmer Opera Phenix microscope.
Data was exported from Harmony v4.9 on the instrument PC.
Then imported into Perkin Elmer Columbus v2.8 using the 'Columbus Helper' app.
Finally the data was exported from columbus. Exports were generated with both the 'Single Plane Tif' and 'Multiplane Tif' options. Both exports are included in this dataset.
The intention of this dataset is for testing compatability with the Bioformats package. The data includes wells with multiple channels, fields, planes, timepoints. I've tried to also include examples where some of these factors had only a single level (ie 1 well, 3 channels, 4 timpoints, 5 fields, 6 planes, or 2 wells, 1 channel, 4 timpoints, 5 fields, 6 planes). I have names the plates to represent the number of factors present in each set, ie w2c3t4f5p6 = 2 wells, 3 channels, 4 timpoints, 5 fields, 6 planes.
