E-learning and its requirements in light of the Corona epidemic at Al-Quds Open University in the Gaza Strip and ways to develop it from the point of view of its employees

Abstract: The study aimed to identify e-learning and its requirements in light of the Corona pandemic at Al-Quds Open University in the Gaza Strip and ways to develop it from the point of view of its employees and to provide full support for e-learning within universities. The study sample consisted of (70) administrators and academics, from the total number of administrators and academics at Al-Quds Open University for the northern and Gaza branches. They were selected according to gender, educational qualification, years of experience, and training courses. In his study, the researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach appropriate to the nature of the phenomenon and the subject of the study. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used a questionnaire consisting of (19) items distributed over the questionnaire’s areas. The study reached several results, the most notable of which are: The first field of e-learning and its requirements in light of the Corona pandemic received a relative weight of 80.00% to a large degree. The second field of e-learning and its requirements in light of the Corona pandemic received a significant relative weight of 81.60%. The results of the study also showed that there are no statistically significant differences for e-learning and its requirements in light of the Corona pandemic at Al-Quds Open University and ways to develop it from the point of view of its employees, due to the variable of gender and academic qualification at a significance level of (0.05). The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences for e-learning and its requirements in light of the Corona pandemic at Al-Quds Open University and ways to develop it from the point of view of its employees, attributed to years of experience in favor of the category (more than 15 years), and training courses in favor of the category (more than 10 training courses). ). In light of the results, the study recommended strengthening the e-learning educational process and working to provide all necessary support to academics and administrators in using e-learning to improve the quality of education provided to Gaza Strip students at the university through the points presented by the study.

التعليم الالكتروني ومتطلباته في ظل جائحة كرونا في جامعة القدس المفتوحة في قطاع غزة وسبل تطويره من وجهة نظر العاملين فيها

 الملخص:  هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على التعليم الالكتروني ومتطلباته في ظل جائحة كرونا في جامعة القدس المفتوحة في قطاع غزة وسبل تطويره من وجهة نظر العاملين فيها وتقديم الدعم الكامل للتعلم الالكتروني داخل الجامعات. وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (70) إداري وأكاديمي، من مجموع الإداريين والأكاديميين في جامعة القدس المفتوحة لفرعي الشمال وغزة. وتم اختيارهم حسب الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة, والدورات التدريبية. وقد اتبع الباحث في دراسته المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الملائم لطبيعة الظاهرة وموضوع الدراسة، وتحقيقاً لأهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث استبانة مكونة من (19) فقرة موزعة على مجالات الاستبانة. وقد توصلت الدراسة الى عدة نتائج أبرزها: أن المجال الأول للتعليم الالكتروني ومتطلباته في ظل جائحة كورونا حاز على وزن نسبي 80.00)%) بدرجة كبيرة. وأنَ المجال الثاني للتعليم الالكتروني ومتطلباته في ظل جائحة كورونا حاز على وزن نسبي 81.60)%) بدرجة كبيرة. كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية للتعليم الالكتروني ومتطلباته في ظل جائحة كرونا في جامعة القدس المفتوحة وسبل تطويره من وجهة نظر العاملين فيها تعزى إلى متغير الجنس والمؤهل العلمي عند مستوى دلالة (0.05). كما أظهرت النتائج أنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية للتعليم الالكتروني ومتطلباته في ظل جائحة كرونا في جامعة القدس المفتوحة وسبل تطويره من وجهة نظر العاملين فيها تعزى إلى سنوات الخبرة لصالح الفئة (أكثر من 15 سنة)،  والدورات التدريبية لصالح الفئة (أكثر من 10 دورات تدريبية). وفي ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بتعزيز العملية التعليمية التعلمية الالكترونية والعمل على توفير كل ما يلزم من دعم للأكاديميين والإداريين في استخدام التعليم الالكتروني لتحسين نوعية التعليم المقدم لطلبة قطاع غزة في الجامعة من خلال النقاط التي قدمتها الدراسة.
