The article presents three components of the educational process: a competency-based approach to the organization of the educational process, focusing on its result; systematic-active approach to systematization of students' educational activities; A person-oriented approach to the programming of "student-teacher" relations, which implies subject-subject relations affecting the formation of hermeneutic competence, is analyzed.
