Stargate: Gamma-ray burst follow-up at the VLT

Presentation of the follow-up activities of gamma-ray bursts (GRBs) from the Stargate collaboration. Highlighting the study of GRBs from massive stars as probes of star-forming environments (also at high redshift) and merger-induced events with implications for the enrichment of heavy elements.
