Description

Data sets and code for the paper "Quartz as an Accurate High-Field Low-Cost THz Helicity Detector", published with open-access in Optica under https://doi.org/10.1364/OPTICA.515909

The data was measured at the Department of Physical Chemistry, Fritz Haber Institute of the Max Planck Society in Berlin.

Contents:

  • Data from Fig. 1 (THz fluence dependence of EOS in 50um quartz)
  • Data from Fig. 2 (EOS in 50um quartz and 10um ZnTe)
  • Data from Fig. 3 (Thickness dependence of EOS in quartz)
  • Data from Fig. 4 (Azimuthal angle dependence of EOS in 50um Quartz, 2D-EOS of linear THz polarizer sweep)
  • Data from Fig. 5 (2D-EOS of y-cut quartz transmission)
  • Quartz Detector Response Function (Written in Matlab and with example)

Data of the Supplementary Materials will be provided upon reasonable request. Please contact Maximilian Frenzel (frenzel@fhi-berlin.mpg.de) and/or Sebastian F. Maehrlein (maehrlein@fhi-berlin.mpg.de) for such a request or for general questions.
