SPARC Europe Open Education Strategy 2024-2026
Description
This is the 2024-2026 strategy for Open Education advocacy and action by SPARC Europe and the European Network of Open Education Librarians. Designed to implement the UNESCO OER Recommendations through a targeted and action-oriented approach, this strategy was developed through a process of close, sustained collaboration with members of the European Network of Open Education Librarians.
