PDSA Experiences at WVU

The First2 Network engages faculty, students and others in conducting tests of change ideas to improve the persistence all STEM students, particularly first generation STEM students. These tests of change are called Plan do Study Act Cycles and can involve c change in the way a course is taught, to a change in policy.  This internal white paper took a look at at one University and sought to compare the persistence of students who had participated in any PDSA activity, to that of a general STEM student population at the school.
