Type locality: Indonesia, Java
Distribution. Indian records: Khasis, Nagas (Hampson 1896b), Arunachal Pradesh (Tirap, Deomali, Subansiri, Bander-Dewa) (Kirti & Sodhi 2001), Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland (Joshi et al. 2021). Global records: Tenasserim, Java (Hampson 1896b), Australia (Shaffer et al. 1996).
