Run the simulation study

Simulation study-MGE_Family.R- is the code file to run the simulation analysis under MGE family

Simulation study-NBN_Family.R- is the code file to run the simulation analysis under NBN family

Run the field study

Field_Analysis.R- is the code for the analysis of Karoo bird data

Field_plots-is the code for the graphs under the Karoo bird data analysis

SumDAIC-Meantimesort.csv-is the summary of the delta AIC sorted by the mean detection times

MGE0_PN1_NBN1_DAIC_1.csv-is the summary of the delta AIC of  MGE0, PN1, and NBN1

MGEs_PNs_NBNs_DAIC_1.csv-is the summary of the delta AIC of MGEs, PNs, and the NBNs

Run the demo example
