Table A1 describes the cassette exons near the predicted structures and their response to QKI and ILF2 perturbation. For each exon within structure it contains the coordinates of encompassing intron, the structure energy, the presence of QKI peak, dPSI and the significance of PSI change for QKI and ILF2 depletion and overexpression.

Table S1 describes the structures predicted by PHRIC and the response of splice sites in cassette exons (broader set than in A1, allows intersection with other AS events) within them to RBP inactivation in ENCODE experiments. For each structure-site-RBP regulator triple with a significant PSI change it contains a structure description (BED12 format + additional fields), site and exon coordinates, dPSI, local expression level and dPSI significance.
