Wave and Roller Transformation over Barred Bathymetry

Description

This archive contains numerical model initialization files and data used to investigate wave and roller transformation over barred bathymetry by Jinshi Chen. Britt Raubenheimer, and Steve Elgar.  The model initialization files are in the .zip folder "model". Each case is named with the date-time and corresponds to the information in Table A1. Data used in each figure is named figure_data.mat in the .zip file figure_data.zip. The corresponding figures are also included under Figures in figure_data.zip. The data is organized by figure number in a Matlab structure array. For Figure 1 and Figure 2, the data for each subfigure is stored in sub-structure array (for example, data for Figure 1a is stored under figure_1.figure_1a), while for other figures, all data are stored in one-layer structure arrays. Data units and variable names are the same as those in the figures. OpenFOAM is an open source platform. The model download and all related documentation can be found under: https://www.openfoam.com/. The documentation of waves2foam, which helps generate and absorb the wave, can be found under: https://openfoamwiki.net/index.php/Contrib/waves2Foam.
