Development of a novel, non-invasive and whole brain biomarker of demyelination in a mouse model of multiple sclerosis

This folder contains

This daset contains : 

• Four files (matlab stuctures) of raw data: For each cohort of animals.delta CBV data over time at the various time points, where animals were imaged.
• An Exel file that contains all individual values (individual measures of the four descriptors, as well as the quantification ofthe myelin content (MBP immunohistochemistry) in various brain areas.
