The Role of the Bedouin Tribes in the Jordanian Desert in Establishing the Emirate of East Jordan

Abstract: The Jordanian state community is a pre -originated society, as at the beginning of its formation it depended on the tribe as a basis for the social, economic and political organization, and the Bedouin tribal system can be considered an important historical stage in the emergence of the Emirate of East Jordan, the Jordan tribes contributed to developing the economic and political reality of Jordan, as the Bedouin tribes were the Jordanian tribes It represents the main supporter of the Jordanian state and its development, by contributing to the legislative and executive state institutions, and working to provide internal security and restricting external attacks through the supervision of the tribal sheikh on the application of the law, which is represented in a group of norms and traditions, and that the tribal sheikh supervises the implementation of the punishment for the individual The violator, and after the Bedouin tribes merged in the Jordanian state, their mission was limited to informal social control. The people of the Bedouin tribes in the Jordanian desert sacrificed in order to confirm the pillars of the Jordanian state and presented for that everything in order to establish the Emirate of eastern Jordan and establish the pillars of the stability of the Hashemite monarchy in Jordan, so this research tries to clarify the role of the Bedouin tribes in the Jordanian desert in establishing the East Emirate Jordan.

دور القبائل البدوية في الصحراء الأردنية في تأسيس إمارة شرق الأردن

ملخص الدراسة: يعد مجتمع الدولة الأردني مجتمع قبلي النشأة إذ كان في بداية تكوينه يعتمد على القبيلة كأساس للتنظيم الاجتماعي والاقتصادي والسياسي ويمكن اعتبار النظام القبلي البدوي مرحلة تاريخية مهمة في نشأة إمارة شرق الأردن، فقد ساهمت قبائل الأردن في تطوير الواقع الاقتصادي والسياسي للأردن ، إذ كانت القبائل البدوية الأردنية تمثل الداعم الرئيسي للدولة الأردنية وتطورها، من خلال الإسهام في مؤسسات الدولة التشريعية والتنفيذية ، والعمل على توفير الأمن الداخلي ورد الاعتداءات الخارجية من خلال إشراف شيخ القبيلة على تطبيق القانون الذي يتمثل في مجموعة من الأعراف والتقاليد ، كما أن شيخ القبيلة يشرف على تنفيذ العقوبة على الفرد المخالف، وبعد أن اندمجت القبائل البدوية في الدولة الأردنية فقد اقتصرت مهمتها على الضبط الاجتماعي غير الرسمي.  لقد ضحى أبناء القبائل البدوية في الصحراء الأردنية في سبيل تثبيت دعائم الدولة الأردنية وقدموا من أجل ذلك كل شيء من أجل تأسيس إمارة شرق الأردن وتثبيت دعائم استقرار النظام الملكي الهاشمي في الأردن، لذا ويحاول هذا البحث توضيح دور القبائل البدوية في الصحراء الأردنية في تأسيس إمارة شرق الأردن.
