Description

Fig. 2. Representative base peak chromatograms (m/z 100–800) obtained from root exudates (A, C) and blank samples (B, D) by UPLC/ESI-QTOFMS in positive (A, B) and negative ion mode (C, D). Root exudates were collected over a one-week period from six-week-old plants. Abundant peaks are numbered according to Table 1 is internal standard (2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid); 5 homologous series of polyethylene glycols; ¹ homologous series of polyethylene glycol monobutyl ethers; s polyethylene glycol derivative; " dodecanediol sulfates; D dodecyl sulfate.
