Fig. 3. (A) SDS–PAGE analysis of recombinant EcHSDs. Purified proteins have a size of about 26 kDa (EcHSD1, EcHSD2) and 29 kDa (EcHSD3). Proteins were visualized with Coomassie-Brilliant-Blue R 250. (B) Western blot analysis of recombinant EcHSDs using anti-His antibodies (primary) and anti-mouse IgG-peroxidase antibodies (secondary). Chemiluminescence was used for detection.
