Fig. 4. (A) OPLS-DA score plot, and (B) loading S-plot derived from leaf and shoot samples of Bauhinia s.l. modeled separately. The S-plot shows the covariance P[1] against the correlation P(cor) [1] of the variables of the discriminating component of the OPLS-DA model. For the indication of plots with retention time m/z values, a cut-off value of P> 0.01 was used.
