Fig. 11. Far UV-CD spectrum of ficin E. Data were obtained at 20 °C, in H2O (milli Q), with a protein concentrations of ca. 4.1 µM. Secondary structural content calculated from this spectrum is (22 ± 2)% helix, (26 ± 4)% strand, (18 ± 2)% turn and (35 ± 4)% unordered.
