Description

Fig. 4. C-22 Hydroxylation of cholesterol by PpCYP90B27 in yeast. GC-MS analysis of the fermentation products from the recombinant yeast expressing PpCYP90B27 in MRM mode. The precursor ions with m/z of 329.1 were bombarded with 15 eV collisional energy from the 8th minute, and product ions with m/z of 121.1 and 95.1 were scanned. Precursor ions with an m/z of 173.0 were bombarded with 5 eV collisional energy and product ions with m/z of 83.1 and 73.0 were scanned starting at 10.7 min.
