Fig. 4. Hierarchical cluster analysis of indolic metabolite abundances in wild-type and mutant plants after treatment with AgNO3 (A) or UV-C radiation (B). Metabolite abundances were averaged for each genotype, log2-transformed and auto-scaled for each metabolite. For hierarchical cluster analyses Pearson correlation was used as distance measure and the Ward method as clustering algorithm.
