Fig. 1. The RP-HPLC profiles of galactolipid molecular species from meadow buttercup leaves. Total galactolipids were extracted from meadow buttercup leaves, separated and purified as described in the Materials and Methods. UV chromatograms (267 nm) of galactolipids extracted from: (a), intact leaves, (b), injured leaves (at 30 min after freezing-thawing), and (c), leaves infected with E. aquilegiae var. ranunculi.
