The Effect of a guidance program using educational games on developing self-esteem and developing problem

Description

Abstract:  This study aimed to investigate the effect of a guidance program using educational games in developing self-esteem and developing problem-solving skills among third-grade students in the Directorate of Education of the Basira District. The study sample consisted of (24) third-grade students in the Maryam Al-Batoul Mixed Basic School, which It is affiliated with the Basira Major General, Tafila Governorate. To achieve the objectives of the study, a guidance program was built based on educational games, a measure of problem-solving skill was prepared, and a tool was used to measure self-esteem, and they were applied as pre-, post-, and follow-up measures. The results indicated that there was a statistically significant difference at the level (α≤0.05) in the level of self-esteem and problem-solving skill between the two groups in favor of the experimental group.

أثر برنامج إرشادي باستخدام الألعاب التربوية في تنمية تقدير الذات وتطوير مهارة حل المشكلات

ملخص الدراسة: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استقصاء أثر برنامج إرشادي باستخدام الألعاب التربوية في تنمية تقدير الذات وتطوير مهارة حل المشكلات لدى طلبة الصف الثالث الأساسي في مديرية تربية وتعليم لواء بصيرا ، تألفت عينة الدراسة من (24) طالبًا من طلبة الصف الثالث  في مدرسة مريم البتول الأساسية المختلطة والتي تتبع للواء بصيرا محافظة الطفيلة، لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم بناء برنامج إرشادي يستند إلى الألعاب التربوية وتم إعداد مقياس لمهارة حل المشكلات  وأشارت النتائج على أن هناك فرقًا ذا دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α≤0.05) في مستوى تقدير الذات ومهارة حل المشكلات بين المجموعتين لصالح المجموعة التجريبية.
