FEATURES OF CONTRACTUAL LEGAL ACTIVITIES OF SPORTS TRAINERS

This article examines the problems of modern contractual structures that mediate relationships with the participation of athletes in their professional activities. The work substantiates that contracts with a professional sports coach (have their own characteristics and specifics. The system of such contracts is constructed from the provisions of labor, civil law, mixed contracts. The author’s most general analysis of domestic legislation and individual contracts with the participation of athletes allows us to speak about the existence and the use of atypical contractual structures in the study area.
