Description

In recent years, along the path of economic and legal evolution, Georgia has chosen to follow especially liberal policies regarding economic migrants. Georgia is party to many international conventions and does not have a continuous set of bilateral agreements. We have only noticed measures on the recognition of qualifications abroad as well as in migration policies the guarantee of foreign workers who are the same with the rights of Georgians following the rules of the International Labor Organization and projects of reform that guarantee migrants equal rights to social security and economic initiative, creating the basis for effective integration.
