Data for 'A gut microbial signature for combination immune checkpoint blockade across cancer types'

This repository contains data  related to the manuscript 'A gut microbial signature for combination immune checkpoint blockade across cancer types'.

It specifically contains:

- A tar archive of The 1,397 study-specific Metagenome Assembled Genomes (MAGs) as well as public GTDB species-representative genomes (SRGs) chosen for the custom, strain-level (98% dereplicated) reference database used in the analyses.

Code to replicate the machine learning analysis of the CA209-538 data is available here.

Sequencing data (after first-pass human decontamination) has been deposited to the ENA under the accession code ERP134027 /  PRJEB49516 .
