A procedure to compare milk persistency between treatments with linear regression

This procedure aims to compare milk persistency on dairy cows which received different diet treatments during the declining phase of lactation (56 to 182 DIM). It calculates a covariate during a pre-treatment period from 21 to 35 DIM before the peak of lactation.
