Description
Our dataset contains 10× magnification microscopic images with a resolution of 640×480 pixels. Four different types of parasitic eggs present: 67 images of Ascaris lumbricoides (AL), 27 images of Hymenolepis diminuta (HD), 32 images of Fasciolopsis buski (FB) and 36 images of Taenia spp. (Tn). The images were obtained from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand, and were labelled by experts.
