The data is quantification of staining area of Gfap, Iba1, and TH in striatal brain sections (Gfap and Iba1) and substantia nigral sections (TH) of mice with five different Gba genotypes (wildtype, L444P/L444P L444P/null, D409H/D409H, D409h/null).
