ENLIGHT RISE - Deliverable 1.5 - Action and development plan for matching tool

This document summarises a survey conducted to get an understanding of what matching tools and methods are in place within ENLIGHT. It also provides a summary of the needs that partners would like to see met with help of the digital matching tool.
The report then presents two options for what form the digital matching tool could take, taking into account other ENLIGHT RISE developments since the beginning of the project.
