Code for: Negative Coupling: The Coincidence of Premating Isolating Barriers Can Reduce Reproductive Isolation

This is the C++ and R code, which is used in the research article entitled "Negative Coupling: The Coincidence of Premating Isolating Barriers Can Reduce Reproductive Isolation" (Aubier et al., 2024, Cold Spring Harb Perspect Biol, doi: 10.1101/cshperspect.a041435).

The C++ script allows to reproduce the main sensitivity analyses of the manuscript, and can be run using the following command lines on Linux:

g++ -std=c++14 -O2 Sensitivity_Analysis.cpp  ClassPopGenModel.cpp OtherFunctions.cpp
./a.out
