The relationship between the managerial function and the methodical sphere of activity

The article proposes a synthetic vision of the relationship between certain managerial functions and the methodological sphere of activity, addressing, in this context, a series of pedagogical dimensions. These include the orientation of activity towards a strong education, the role of educational management in its achievement, the fundamental managerial function and the functions that are specific to the methodological context, the role of teaching staff manager etc. A special place is occupied
by modern methodological management and the exemplification of capitalized assumptions.
