Description
This repository includes all the R scripts and the final cleaned dataset used in our in-preparation paper, The emerging picture of a diverse deep Arctic Ocean seafloor: from habitats to ecosystems. The dataset (ArcticBenthicData) includes data from our sampling, open-access data, and data derived from literature and must be cited following the MS.
