Description

First official release of DisVis software.

Aims to quantify the information content of intersubunit distance restraints. DisVis employs the concept of accessible interaction space, and the set of all possible complex conformations consistent with the provided data. It can be considered as an explorative modelling tool that detects the presence of false-positive restraints through a bootstrapping technique.
