Description

The characterization (roughness and water contact angle) of poly (lactic acid) surfaces coated with chitosan of different molecular weights and concentrations obtained from the Loligo opalescens pen was performed. The antifouling activity of these surfaces against Cobetia marina biofilm formation was evaluated, as well as the mechanism of action of this type of chitosan.
