Part 1 of break, Tattersall & Holdsworth loom
Description
These parts of the break system of a Tattersall & Holdsworth weaving machine were reverse engineered and adapted by TEN (The Engineering Network). This was a restoration casestudy applied by MIAT (the Museum about Industry, Labour and Textile) and performed during the Flemish heritage project "Duiken in de Machine". The casted parts were recreated using lost-wax casting based on 3D printed parts.
