Deliverable 1.1 Project Management Plan

The GRAPHEGIA project was launched on the 1st of October, 2023, for 3,5 years, and it is a research and innovation project co-funded by the European Union.  Deliverable 1.1 Project Management Plan was created by the project coordinator, Foundation For Research and Technology Hellas (FORTH), under work package 1," Scientific Coordination and Project Management". 

Abstract

This document is the deliverable "D1.1 – Project Management Plan" of the European project "GRAPHERGIA – Innovative pilot lines for sustainable graphene-based flexible and structural energy harvesting and storage devices" (Grant Agreement number 101120832). It is a management guide laying down standard workflows and processes for the management activities of GRAPHERGIA project. It will provide guidance and recommendations regarding the organisational structure, the work structure, the quality assurance workflow, the internal communication, the reporting procedure, and the risk assessment mechanisms of the project. The Project Management Plan will foster active collaboration and the smooth implementation of the project.
