Description
This dataset contains the raw data from the characterization (light microscopy, electron backscatter diffraction, atom probe tomography) of a model alloy representative of a grade 1.4410 super duplex stainless steel in a flat product form after final annealing treatments whose temperatures and durations were varied.
Each file is associated to a temperature between 1060°C and 1180°C and a time between 0 s and 300 s, except for the as-rolled material. For light microscopy results the cross section plane is also specified by the two directions belonging to the plane (ND (normal direction), RD (rolling direction), TD (transverse direction)).
