  • Addressing challenges in fair value measurement for financial instruments, intangible assets, and other complex securities.

Consolidation of Financial Statements:

  • Dealing with complex ownership structures and accounting for subsidiaries, joint ventures, and associates.
  • Handling issues related to variable interest entities (VIEs) and the consolidation of entities under common control.

Financial Instruments:

  • Accounting for complex financial instruments such as derivatives and hedging activities.
  • Fair value measurement and impairment testing of financial instruments.

Revenue Recognition:

  • Addressing revenue recognition issues related to long-term contracts, multiple deliverables, and complex sales arrangements.
