Bu çalışmanın amacı sağlık hizmeti sunucusu olan hastanelerde yalın yönetim süreçlerinin istenmeyen olay bildirimine ne derece etkisi olduğunu anlamaktır. Çalışma İstanbul ilinde özel bir hastanede yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın evrenini toplam 600 çalışan oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma Ocak 2022-Şubat 2022 tarihleri arasında yapılmıştır. Araştırmaya katılanların; %78,3'ünün kadın, %61,8'inin bekar, %43,7'sinin 20-25 yaş aralığında, %37,8'inin ön lisans mezunu, %41,7'sinin 1-3 yıl aralığında çalışma süresine sahip, %37,8'inin ise hemşire meslek grubuna sahip olduğu görülmektedir. Yalın yönetimin istenmeyen olay bildirim üzerinde etkisinin olduğu belirlenmiştir.
Abstract
The aim of this study is to understand the effect of lean management processes on adverse event notification in hospitals that are healthcare providers. The study was conducted in a private hospital in Istanbul. The universe of the study consists of 600 employees in total. The research was carried out between January 2022 and February 2022. Participants of the research; 78.3% of them are women, 61.8% are single, 43.7% are between the ages of 20-25, 37.8% are associate degree graduates, 41.7% are working for 1-3 years It is seen that 37.8% of them have the nurse profession group. It has been determined that lean management has an effect on adverse event reporting.
