Description

Bronze stamnos with globular body, tapered at the bottom. Used as a wine container. Examples mostly from northern Etruria, Etruria Padana. 5th c. BCE. Tomb II.107, Necropolis of Poggio Pinci, Asciano. Mangani 1983, n. cat. II, 144. Displayed at the Civic Museum of Archaeology and Sacred Art at Palazzo Corboli, Asciano. Processed in Reality Capture from 971 images.
