Description
Find here all the material (documents, code, input files, namelists, scripts,...) for the 2nd practical session on the PISCES marine biogeochemistry model for beginners (October 9-10, 2023).
Are included:
- An introduction to marine ecosystem modelling
- A presentation of the PISCES model
- The document includes the practical sessions, a brief description of the PISCES model, the 1D configuration of NEMO-PISCES, the BENGUELA LR configuration of CROCO and the installation of the NEMO and CROCO configurations used in these practical sessions.
- Sildes showing plots and comments of the main results of the practical session 2
- A tar file with all the necessary files for the practical sessions
- A tar file of the Notebooks used during the training and containing
- Videos of the session 2021
