**Wolf effigy platform pipe (replica)** Location: Tremper mound, Scioto County, Ohio. Period: Middle Woodland (Hopewell) (100 BC - AD 500). Material: pipestone. Dimensions: length, 94.7 mm; width, 40 mm; height, 72.7 mm. Notes: Catalog no. 1969a9. Original artifact was recovered by William C. Mills in 1915 and is in the Ohio Historical Center in Columbus, Ohio.
