Neolithic pottery in calcite, Escoural Cave
Description
A pottery piece from the Neolithic necropolis of the Escoural Cave. It is a small piece, still trapped in calcite, and it was one of the pieces recovered by M. Farinhas dos Santos (24-04-1968). All of these pieces were covered by a calcite layer, and were put originally next to the burial with a votive meaning.
