Bollard Thurloe Place
Description
A Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea bollard outside the Victoria and Albert Museum staff entrance on Thurloe Place, London.
There are lots of these style of bolalrd in this borough but they are normally painted black. The three in this location seem to have retained a green paint colour.
