3. Instructions to Run on Data
1. Open the R script (e.g., DESeq2_Calibration.R) in an R environment.
2. Execute the script by clicking Run.


4.Expected Output
* The csv file of number of ribosomes on each transcript.


5.Expected Run Time for Demo
* The code is expected to run for approximately 1 minutes on a "normal" desktop computer.
