Release Note

This is the very first release of EngiOptiQA. It is a preliminary release used to generate test case results that are included in a manuscript being prepared for publication.

New Features

  • Use the Fixstars Amplify SDK to set up structural analysis and design optimization problems for a rod under self-weight loading.
  • Solve the problems above with a variety of solvers, including Quantum Annealing (QA) and Digital Annealing (DA), through DWave's Ocean SDK and the Fixstars Amplify SDK.
  • Compare the results obtained with analytical solutions.
