What's Changed

  • ⚙️ Loggers are now named by the module they originate from.
  • ⚙️Worklists were heavily refactored by @michaelosthege in https://github.com/JuBiotech/robotools/pull/50 and https://github.com/JuBiotech/robotools/pull/51
    • 🚚 A lot of code was moved around on the inside.
    • ⚙️ Worklist class was split into three:
      • 🆕 BaseWorklist which does not support model-specific methods
      • 🆕 EvoWorklist with the same API as before
      • 🆕 FluentWorklist which is not yet implemented
    • ⚠️ Worklist() was deprecated and should be replaced by either of the above, as instructed by the DeprecationWarning.
