Description

Dr Nicola Knight & Dr Samantha Pearman-Kanza presented the UK Physical Sciences Data Infrastructure at the November Stammtisch hosted by NFDI4Chem. https://www.nfdi4chem.de/event/stammtisch/

The UK Physical Sciences Data Infrastructure is an initiative funded by the Digital Research Infrastructure programme of UKRI. PSDI aims to accelerate research in the physical sciences by providing a data infrastructure that brings together and builds upon the various data systems researchers currently use. In this presentation an overview of the PSDI was presented as well as each of the 7 pathfinder activities that are currently being undertaken. The talk also focused on some of the potential alignment and future collaboration that might be possible with NFDI consortia.
