This release carries substantial upgrades that are not intended to be breaking but might perhaps need minor adjustments of pipelines and apps.

  • change how svWGS and related binCoverage is handled in find2/assemble/assemble_coverage.R
  • extend support for composite genomes
  • major additions/improvements to svWGS app yield separate tabs for normalizeGC and junctionsSets
  • standardize all svx apps to use edgeType codification (not JXN_TYPE as provided by svCapture and svWGS)
