Description

Guyalna cuta (Walker, 1850)

Cicada cuta Walker 1850: 139 (Unknown locality).

Cicada lucastia Walker 1850: 140 (Unknown locality).

Distribution. The species has been reported from Argentina, Brazil, French Guiana, and Paraguay (Metcalf 1963a; Sanborn 2013; Sanborn et al. 2011; Sanborn & Heath 2014; Sanborn 2016c, 2023; Nunes et al. 2023).
