Distr.: Colombia (Meta), Costa Rica (Guanacaste, Limon, Puntarenas, San José), Ecuador (Napo, Sucumbios), Guatemala (Sacatepéquez), Honduras (Catacamas), Trinidad (Arima Valley), USA (Texas).

crawfordi: Feener 1987: 148 (misidentification); Morrison et al., 1999: 198 (misidentification)
